Privacy Policy
This policy covers titanx.cc (this site) and the Titan trading application at app.titanx.cc (the “App”), together the “Services”. Privacy is the reason Titan exists: we collect as little as we can, and we never sell your data.
1. Who is responsible
The Services are operated by Titan Labs LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, 8 The Green, Suite R, Dover, DE 19901, United States (“Titan”, “we”, “us”). For any privacy question, write to support@titanx.cc.
2. What we collect
We only collect what is needed to run the Services:
- Sign-in identifiers — when you connect a wallet, its public address (or public key fingerprint), which you prove you own by signing a message. When you sign in without a wallet, the sign-in is handled by our authentication provider on our behalf: any email address involved stays with that provider, and Titan’s own servers and records only receive an anonymous identifier. We never use it for advertising. We also create an account identifier for you on Canton Network.
- Profile data you choose to add — for example a username or a referral code. Your username is hidden from public leaderboards unless you choose to show it.
- Trading activity — deposits, withdrawals, orders, positions and related records needed to operate the exchange and settle your trades.
- Support requests — whatever you choose to send us when you contact us.
- Technical data — such as IP address and service logs, used to keep the Services secure and working.
- Usage statistics — pseudonymous, cookieless measurement of how the App is used, including general browser and device type. Identifiers are hashed before they leave your browser.
We do not ask for your name, identity documents or payment card details, and we do not buy data about you from third parties.
3. Why we use it
We use personal data to:
- provide the App: sign-in, trading, settlement, rewards and referrals;
- keep the Services secure and prevent fraud and abuse;
- improve the Services with aggregated, pseudonymous statistics;
- answer your requests;
- comply with the law and respond to lawful requests.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not make automated decisions that have legal effects on you.
4. Canton Network
Titan settles trades on Canton Network, which is built so that transaction details are shared only with the parties involved rather than broadcast publicly. Some records are anchored on the ledger: like any ledger, they cannot be altered or erased afterwards, including by us.
5. Who we share it with
We share data only with trusted providers that help us run the Services — such as hosting and security, sign-in and wallet connectivity, and privacy-preserving analytics — and only to the extent they need it. They act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
We may also disclose data when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of Titan and its users. We never sell personal data and do not share it for targeted advertising.
We do not allow third parties to collect information about your activity across other websites through the Services. Wallets, wallet-connection services and networks you choose to connect to operate under their own privacy policies.
Your data is processed in the United States and in other countries where our providers operate.
6. Cookies and browser storage
We use no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking. Because we do not track you across third-party websites, we do not respond differently to “Do Not Track” browser signals. What the Services store in your browser, and why, is described in our Cookie Policy.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal data for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or required by law. Some records — trading history, security logs, and data anchored on the ledger — may be kept longer where needed to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or protect the integrity of the exchange.
8. Security
We protect your data with industry-standard technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and restricted access. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for keeping your wallet and its keys safe: we never ask for your seed phrase or private keys.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict its use, and to receive a copy of it.
To exercise these rights, write to support@titanx.cc. We may need to verify that the request comes from you, for example by asking you to sign a message with your wallet. Some requests may be limited by legal obligations or by records that cannot be removed from the ledger.
We do not sell personal data. Nevada residents may nevertheless send a request to opt out of any future sale to the same address.
10. Children
The Services are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The new version is published on this page with its date. If a change significantly affects how we use your data, we will let you know through the Services.
